Disassembly and Reassembly (Barreled Action / Rifle)

Standard Coverage:

• Disassembly and reassembly as required for service work (e.g., coating, blast finishing, repair).

• Note: Some comprehensive services already include this fee in their base price.

Rate Adjustments & Additional Charges: Base rate is subject to increase based on firearm complexity and mechanical condition. Any additional labor overages will be reflected on the final invoice.

Factors Increasing Labor Rates:

• Damaged Hardware: Stripped heads (e.g., scope base screws).

• Corrosion & Rust: Seized pins, screws, or small components requiring extraction or treatment.

• Torque Issues: Barrels or components installed exceptionally tight.

• Specialized Handling: Firearms requiring non-standard, custom tooling or specialized workholding setups.
