Before You Ship — Please Read

  • Parts placed in machines or work-holding may require refinishing — LRI is not responsible for maintaining existing finishes. We offer Cerakote, bluing & glass-bead finishes.
  • Do NOT wrap parts in tape — it gums up our machines. Bubble wrap is strongly preferred; taped parts incur an additional shop fee.
  • Email or call the correct department with inquiries rather than the general inbox.
  • In-house estimates currently run 3–4 weeks; estimates are converted to invoices upon completion.
  • Include your email address to receive LRI Status Tracker updates.
  • All changes to existing work orders must be made verbally with Kalli or the department manager — no exceptions.
  • Priority Mail may be delayed up to 30 days. If you purchased LRI insurance, contact Kalli in Shipping — do not start a missing-mail claim yourself.
