Important note: Any item listed as an “action”, “receiver”, or “firearm” purchased through this site MUST be shipped to a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer who’s license is active and in good standing with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE). Once received you (purchaser) are required to submit a Form 4473 to verify your eligibility to purchase, possess, and use firearms. Additional State laws may apply that could delay taking possession of the regulated item.
Any serialized firearms component sold on this site will NOT BE SHIPPED until we have a legible copy of the dealer’s Federal Firearms License (FFL). FFL’s can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to us. To avoid delays in shipping please ensure that your dealer has annotated your name on the license or cover letter so that we know exactly who it is for. This is vital as we have no way of knowing otherwise.
Firearms that you legally own and possess may be shipped directly to LongRifles, Inc. as we are also an FFL. Because it is your property we are legally authorized to send the item back to you directly. ALL firearms are shipped with an adult signature endorsement required upon delivery. This is for your safety.
